• Gift packages are for a single pet, a pair of pets or one pet and their owner.
• If two pets take part in the photo shoot then both must belong to the gift package recipient.
• The gift package photo shoot can either be held at Robert’s home studio in Tauranga (3112) or at the recipients home – either indoors (using a pop-up studio) or at an outside location of their choice (but this distance must be no greater than 100 km from the NZ postcode (3112). This distance will be calculated by Robert using google maps.
• Any gift package recipient living more than 100 km from NZ postcode 3112 must be happy and able to travel (with their pet or pets) to Robert’s home studio in Tauranga 3112 for their pet portrait shoot.
• After the pet portrait, the gift package recipient will be emailed their favourite low-resolution watermarked JPEG images from the session.
• The gift package recipient will be able to view product samples at the shoot and should they wish to do so they will also have the option to upgrade to another product from Robert’s private consultation price list. Images and a price list featuring alternative products are also available to view on the products page of this website.
• The gift package recipient will receive a 20″ x 16″ (508mm x 406mm) stretched canvas of their favourite image from the shoot. The canvas includes free delivery to the recipients NZ address, which can take up to 4 weeks to arrive from the date when the final image was selected.
• There is no minimum or a maximum number of images taken at the photo shoot.
• Gift packages are valid for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
• Gift packages are non-refundable.
• Gift packages are subject to availability.
• Failure to attend a photo shoot appointment without prior notification will result in the gift package becoming invalid.
• 48 hours notice is required to cancel an appointment or session and this will then be rescheduled for a date and time that suits both parties.
• Gift packages will become invalid if the photo shoot is cancelled on more than 2 occasions (unless this cancellation is due to bad weather affecting travel or poor weather affecting the outdoor session its self (such as rain or snow)).
• Pet owners must be in attendance at all times during the photo shoot and pet (or pets) cannot be brought by someone else on behalf of the owner.
• If a gift package recipient is under the age of 18 then they must be accompanied by an adult at the photo shoot.
• Gift packages are solely for characterful pet portraits either in a studio or outdoor setting – there are not to capture fast moving actions shots.
• Copyright of all images remains with the photographer Robert Lloyd-Ashton at all times.
• Robert reserves the right to terminate or cancel a photo shoot due to what he deems to be aggressive behaviour or a pet that he feels is a danger to himself.
